You're a merchant, struggling to survive in the aftermath of a civil war. As normality begins to return to the realm, you see a golden opportunity to recoup your losses and earn a great living once more. You're not going to let a little thing like danger to your person stop the march of capitalism!

Background:

This branching text-based narrative can end in a number of ways. I used Twine and the basic-scripting language Harlowe to create the final piece. If I can partner with an artist in the future, I hope to bundle this into a small indie anthology piece with similar stories.
